Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cnames.dev (operated by Hormo Studio Ltd.). By using the service you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not a replacement for your own legal review.

The service

cnames.dev issues TLS certificates and proxies traffic for domains you register, routing them to origins you configure. Availability targets and support levels depend on your plan.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect domains you or your customers are authorized to use.
• Do not use the service for illegal content, malware distribution, or to abuse certificate authority rate limits.
• Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your keys.

Acceptable use

We may suspend domains or accounts that threaten the integrity of the network, violate a certificate authority's terms, or are used for abuse. Where practical we will notify you first.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing published on our site. Domain counts are metered. You can cancel at any time; fees already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
