The custom domain layer we built for ourselves, now available to everyone.

cnames.dev is built by the team behind Lindo.ai, a white-label website and app platform. We needed to let thousands of customers connect their own domains — with SSL, edge routing, and strict isolation between tenants — and found the existing options were either tied to a single CDN, sales-led with high minimums, or too shallow for real multi-tenant use.

So we built the infrastructure ourselves. Today it runs in production and powers 5,000+ production customer sites at Lindo.ai. cnames.dev packages that same system as a developer-first API: one call to give any customer their own domain.

What we believe

Self-serve beats sales calls. Start on a free tier, add a domain with one API call, pay a published per-domain price.
No lock-in. We sit in front of any origin — we are not tied to one CDN or hosting provider.
Isolation is not optional. One customer's traffic or certificate volume must never affect another's.
